Refunds & Cancellation

Short version: cancel whenever you like, keep what you've paid for until the period ends, and nothing charges again after that.

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan yourself at any time from Settings → Manage billing. It takes a couple of clicks and doesn’t require emailing us or explaining why.

Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for — you don’t lose access the moment you cancel — and then drops to the free tier.

Refunds

We don’t refund the unused part of a billing period that has already started. Because you keep full access until that period ends, you get what you paid for either way.

That’s the policy, not a rule we enjoy enforcing. If something went genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the service was unusable for a stretch — email [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]and we’ll sort it out. We’d rather refund a month than argue about one.

What happens to your data

Dropping to the free tier doesn’t delete anything. Your records stay where they are. Features above the free tier stop being available, and free-tier limits apply again — so if you’re over the free listing cap, existing records remain but you won’t be able to add more until you’re back under it or resubscribe.

Export anything you need before you cancel, and keep your own copies of records you’re legally required to retain. Closing your account entirely is a separate action, and deletion timelines are in the Privacy Policy.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over several days and we’ll show a notice in the app. You keep access during that window — we don’t lock you out of your own inventory over an expired card. If the retries are exhausted without a successful payment, the plan cancels and the account drops to the free tier.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and it takes effect from your next billing period after that notice. Cancelling before then means you’re never charged the new price.

Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service isn’t delivered with due care and skill or doesn’t match how we described it, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy. See our Terms of Service for the full picture.
