These terms cover what you can expect from UriCard and what we expect from you. Plain English on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask before you agree to it.
UriCard is operated by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME] (ABN [YOUR ABN]), trading as UriCard. In these terms “we”, “us” and “UriCard” mean that business, and “you” means the person or business using the service.
You can reach us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]. We’re a small operation — we answer everything, but not instantly.
UriCard is software for tracking trading-card inventory, recording sales, issuing invoices, and keeping bookkeeping records. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accountant, a tax agent, a valuer, or a financial adviser, and nothing it produces is professional advice.
Card prices, comparable sales links, and catalogue data come from third-party sources and from figures you enter yourself. We don’t verify them and don’t warrant that any valuation, profit figure, or tax total is accurate. Check anything that matters before you rely on it — especially anything you file.
You need an account to use UriCard. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. One account is for one seller business. You’re responsible for everything done through your account.
UriCard has a free tier and paid monthly plans. Current prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars and renew automatically until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card number. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed.
We may change prices, but not silently and not mid-period: we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and the new price applies from your next billing period after that notice. If you don’t want to pay it, cancel before it takes effect.
Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
You own the inventory, sales, customer and financial records you put into UriCard. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train anything. We access it only to run and support the service, or where the law requires it.
You can export your records at any time while your account is active, and you should keep your own copies of anything you need for tax or compliance purposes. Don’t treat UriCard as your only copy of records you are legally required to retain.
If you store your customers’ details in UriCard — names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses — those people are your customers, not ours. You are responsible for collecting and handling that information lawfully, including telling them how you use it and honouring any request they make about it. We hold it on your behalf and act on your instructions.
You agree not to use UriCard to:
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
We try to keep UriCard running and to give notice before planned downtime, but we don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features change: we add things, and occasionally we remove or replace things. If we remove something you depend on, we’ll give you reasonable notice where we can.
Some features are labelled as coming soon or in testing. Those aren’t promises of a delivery date, and you shouldn’t subscribe on the strength of a feature that isn’t available yet.
You can stop using UriCard and cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we’ll give you reasonable notice and a window to export your data.
After an account is closed we keep your data for a limited period so it can be restored if the closure was a mistake, then delete it. See the Privacy Policy for how long.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If you’re a consumer under that law, you have guarantees that cannot be excluded, and nothing here limits them.
Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows: we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for UriCard in that period. Where we can’t exclude a guarantee, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
We’ll update these terms from time to time. For material changes we’ll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use UriCard after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don’t, cancel before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
